Shipping, Deliveries and Refund Policy

Shipping information: 

If our shop cannot calculate delivery for your address, please call Kane for a price on 0481146810. 

We will process and send your order up to 48 hours after your purchase via Australia Post. Your shipping number will be sent to you via email. Prices depend on item and are calculated by weight. 

Deliveries: 

We calculate delivery by the hour from our farm in Mooloo 4570 and can deliver almost anywhere in QLD and Northern NSW. For a quote, please call Kane on 0481146810. Minimum order of 10 Bags or 1m3 loose material. 

Pick Up: 

For pickups we require 48h notice to prepare your order, our address will be provided after checkout, and we will be in contact to confirm a collection time with you. 

Refund Policy:

If you would like to return unopened bags or vials, please deliver to our Farm in Mooloo.  

We cannot accept bulk returned compost soil or mulch due to potential contaminations. 

If you purchase a workshop ticket and cannot make it please give as much notice as possible so we can fill your ticket, we can give you store credit and/or it can be used for another course date.  

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer changes their mind.

But the customer can choose a refund or exchange if a product has  a major problem. This is when the product is used for its intended purpose in accordance with all instructions and:

If the problem is not major, the Store will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, the customer can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep proof of purchase, such as payment confirmation or receipt.

The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment.

We may provide remedies in addition to the above at our discretion.
