Store seed in a cool dry place out of sunlight until your ready to plant. Snap seed pieces 2-3 days before planting to heal the cuts.

10cm x 45cm for cultivation

• best planting times is when the soil is at 26• or when danger of frost has passed and it starts to warm up for spring. In SEQ this is around mid August 
• snap the pieces up so they have 2 eyes minimum per piece
• plant 15-20cm deep & top up with soil if needed 
• keep soil moist but not too wet
• Ginger benefits from daily watering, to cool the leaves down in hot weather
